Foreman becomes the system of record for a business that never had one. Here is a Tuesday for a plumber in Cardiff. Names and numbers are made up.
- Morning brief. Jobs routed, stock checked against them, overnight enquiries triaged: clear ones quoted from your price list, vague ones asked one qualifying question.
- On the job. Calls you can't take get a text in seconds. Customers get a price range and a slot. "On my way" goes out when you set off.
- Text DONE and the job number. Invoice sent with a pay link, review request scheduled, materials logged, receipt matched for your accountant.
- The things you'd forget. Gas Safe renewal in 31 days with the new bulletin summarised. VAT date tracked. Accountant pack prepared. Six weeks since your last Google post, with a campaign drafted or handed to us.
Five lanes. You set the dial on each.
Off, Suggest, Run, or Hand to agency. Suggest drafts and waits for your tap. Run acts inside the rules you set and logs every action. Hand to agency gives that lane to us. Change any lane in one tap from your phone. Try the dials.
Message a made-up plumbing firm and watch the office fill itself in.
The demo is a fictional business with made-up customers and prices. Ask about a banging boiler, say you can smell gas, or switch to the owner and text DONE. Every answer comes from facts the owner approved. It never diagnoses faults.

Prices exclude VAT. You pay the setup once, then monthly. Starter and Growth roll monthly with 30 days' notice. Pro has a three-month minimum because of the social setup, then rolls. Foreman OS pricing is a working figure until our trade interviews finish, so ask for a firm quote.

- 15-minute call. We look at your current site and Google listing on the call and tell you the three things we'd fix first, whether you sign up or not.

- We build it in 10 working days. You get a preview link and one round of changes.
- Go live, then a monthly report. Leads, reviews and calls on one page, plus a quick call on Growth and Pro.

First client: FlameFront, Cardiff
A heating business whose old site showed a critical error for up to two years. Rebuilt as an 8-page site scoring 100 on Lighthouse mobile, with a new logo and an AI front desk. Results publish once they're measured, not before.
Safe for a gas, electrical or roofing business.
Safety first
A gas smell, sparks or a collapsing ceiling stops the sales flow and shows the right emergency number before anything else, then alerts you.
Facts you approved
The front desk only uses facts you've signed off. It never diagnoses faults or gives fixed quotes. Those go to you.
Clearly AI
It says so on screen and in its first sentence, every time. You can switch it off with one message.
Data protection
GDPR by design. We act as your data processor under a written agreement, publish your privacy notice, and keep chats only as long as needed.
Messaging law
PECR means marketing texts only go to customers who opted in. Service messages such as reminders and invoices are always fine.
Reviews and trade bodies
Every customer is asked, none are filtered out. Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT, OFTEC, FENSA and CompetentRoofer dates tracked. You sign everything.
Still have questions?
How much does it cost?
Starter is £595 setup and £49 a month. Growth is £1,450 and £129. Pro is £2,450 and £349. Foreman OS is from £149 a month with setup from £995, confirmed on a call. All prices exclude VAT.
Is there a contract?
Starter and Growth are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Pro has a 3-month minimum because of the social media setup, then rolls monthly.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the setup is paid, the design, words and logo are yours. We keep the AI software, and it switches off if you leave.
Is the AI safe for a gas or electrical business?
It only uses facts you approve and never diagnoses faults. If someone says they smell gas it shows the National Gas Emergency number before anything else. You can switch it off with one message.
I don't have a PC. Does that matter?
No. Foreman runs in WhatsApp and a phone browser. Setup is a conversation, not a form.
Can it use my voice or face?
Only if you want it to and you sign a consent form. You can withdraw that consent and we delete the model.
What about my accounts?
Foreman prepares the pack and matches receipts. It exports to QuickBooks or Sage. It never files anything; you or your accountant do.
Can I host it myself or use my own AI?
Yes. The same product runs in a container on your VPS, and the brain can be Claude, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint or a local model.
Do you do Google Ads?
Foreman can draft a small Google Business campaign for your approval, or hand it to us. Nothing spends without your okay.
See what you're missing.
